Post 26/11, film business has been hit hard. Most cineplexes are running to negligible occupancy and in some instances, the management has been forced to call off shows due to lack of audiences.

Perhaps this may've prompted people to assume that Aamir Khan's keenly anticipated GHAJINI, which is confirmed for Thursday, 25th December, might get pushed to the New Year. But it's not true!

On the contrary, GHAJINI producer Madhu Mantena says that the film will arrive earlier. Till now, the film was slated for release on Thursday, 25th December, but the makers have decided to release it on Wednesday, 24th December night.

"We're organising paid previews across the country on Wednesday night, which means we're releasing GHAJINI a day earlier, " Madhu tells me.

Sure, the release date of GHAJINI has been altered. It's Wednesday, not Thursday!
